So, I finally decided to open my portable far infrared sauna that arrived from Amazon a month ago. I briefly used it this evening just to test it out. So far, so good. I'll slowly do longer and hotter sessions.
I had no clue that they made portable saunas. I will definitely have to get one and try this. My wife has been saying how she wishes there was a sauna in our hour, but there is no way we can afford that so I will probably get her one of these too. thank you for sharing.
You're welcome! I wish I could afford the big fancy ones! This one definitely gets me by. It works well! I think the big wood ones work a little better, but you get what you pay for. This one is easy to set up, take down, and store. I think I put a link to the one I got somewhere on this blog or my other blog. I think it was around a couple hundred bucks? I love it. For as much as my body requires detoxing, and as little as I leave the house, it is such a luxury to be able to do this at home.
